Terms: event-contracts annex

This site uses the same terms as the Adjudicated Settlement Record and Warrant Check. This annex adds the following for event contracts.

  1. No neutral resolution. A report may not be presented as a neutral resolution of a market that is open to resolution, in a challenge window, in a vote or otherwise in dispute.
  2. No part in the market. PNDK Solutions does not operate, list, resolve or vote on any market, and holds no position in markets it assesses.
  3. What a report is. An automated assessment of a claim against the market's rules and the evidence supplied. It does not establish that the underlying event occurred, and it is not investment, legal or trading advice.
  4. Market status. Your answers to the market-status questions are recorded with the report.
